They have audited manufacturing facilities that range from small bespoke batch sizes to global distribution size manufacturing. Natural Product Consulting

With over 30 years of experience in the Naturals sector, we understand the complexities of the natural product market. The term 'Greenwashing' has been used to describe companies that market products as 'natural' but do not contain natural ingredients or have any effective active ingredient content. At N.P.C., we strive to advise and guide our clients away from non-GMP accredited suppliers and producers and promote best practices in the industry to create exceptional products.


Regulatory, Compliance & Risk

In navigating the regulatory landscape, each country has its specific restrictions and requirements. N.P.C. can provide advice on the best course of action for launching a product in a particular territory. The company complies with GMP as standard and prefers suppliers and production facilities that are ISO9001 compliant. N.P.C. also works with regulatory bodies and organizations such as Cruelty Free International, Vegan Society, Vegetarian Society, and Cosmos compliance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Prince 2 project methodology is used for each project, depending on the client's brief.


Branding & Design

  N.P.C.'s internal branding team helps clients with their brand identity, logo, color palette, and finished product offering. They work with innovative packaging manufacturers to create unique packaging that suits all budgets. Brand strategy is also an important part of their service, which includes communicating and delivering brand messages, advertising, and distribution channels.



Ethical Supply Chain

Supply chain management can be complex, especially when creating a new product. Each efficacious product contains six to eight natural ingredients, each with its own supply chain. In addition, packaging materials and their sources must be considered. At N.P.C., we provide end-to-end straight-through processing systems that take the complexity out of the process and create the perfect product for our clients.


Formulation

NPC has an in-house Pharmacognosist for all formulation work. The formulas are compliant with the EU cosmetic Directive (Nov 2009) and Regulation (EC) N° 1223/2009. The company ensures that all launched products are compliant with this directive and specific requirements are followed for the preparation of a Product Information File (PIF). Additionally, NPC can advise on formulations outside of the EU area, specifically FDA compliance for North America.
